The planks will come out tomorrow…

Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow,
there’ll be plaaaannnnkkkkks.
Just thinkin’ about tomorrow
fills me with trembling and with sorrow
And with thanks….

(Ok, so not my best work. It was this or the Final Countdown.)

But TOMORROW is the day. Tomorrow we start our 30-day Kind to the Core challenge.
Thirty days of growing strong and thirty days of giving. And Lord help us, probably 30 days of Team BAMstrength song mash ups. So gird up your loins and bust out your rhyming dictionary. This is going to be fun. And maybe a little bit hard. But mostly fun.

The physical challenge: http://neilarey.com/challenges/core-challenge.html
The kindness challenge, $1 a day to: http://leukaemialymphomaresearch.org.uk/give
(When you donate, either $30 on the first or last day of the challenge, please reference 787457. This will help track how much Team K2C gives.)

Join the @BAMstrength team on Twitter for more many more hijinks and high-fives. Be sure to let us know how you are doing and tell us about that reluctant friend you tricked into joining us. Be sure to add #K2C to your tweets, too.

We’re so excited to have you all joining us on this little adventure. Having just finished our trial-run challenge, we should probably warn you that team challenges can be habit-forming…which is great news since we’ve got a new one coming in January!

We can’t wait to hear from you all tomorrow!

  1. When we go to the website to donate, it is only in foreign exchange amounts. If I want to give $, how do we do that? I want to do a pre-challenge donation, then when done a post-challenge donation. Thanks! Michele K.
